We wrote more about how rwanda Social Security Fund (RSSB) has been plundered, and now these are direct consequences!!!
This is an inbox message received from kigali.
“RSSB is no longer able to fully pay for medical treatments for public servants especially in private clinics. All are obliged to use General clinics. From a relaible source in Rwanda, these general clinics are without equipment and medical doctors.
A public servant who wants to go to private clinic, he/she has to be with a transfer. If not so, he/she will pay a supplement amount to his/her medical treatment service”.
From that message, it seems that current rwandan situation is confusing. Last week, we heard people claiming of not having their salaries in a due time. Today, RSSB is now in a position of not paying directly medical treatment services rendered to public servants… Allelujah!!!!
