Former President Bizimungu Pasteur is in serious medical condition, which requires sophisticated medical attention and he is unable to get it in Rwanda. So, the only option is to be allowed to travel abroad to seek this medical attention.
Unfortunately, Kagame and RPF have short memory and they have refused to let the former President Bizimungu travel abroad. Former President Bizimungu deserves better and Kagame’s government should send him to UK or America and foot his medical bills.
