Another death in Town: The death of Rwabukamba Venuste, a well-known businessman and a family friend to Assinapol Rwigara.

After the mysterious death of senator Jean De Dieu Mucyo on the 3rd of October 2010, another mysterious death is griping the town. This is the death of Rwabukamba Venuste, a well-known businessman and a family friend to Assinapol Rwigara. Like Mucyo, Venuste’s death has also happened under mysterious circumstances, in this case, suicide through shooting himself with a silencer pistol.

In case of senator Jean De Dieu Mucyo, the state /Rwanda released a statement which indicated that the senator fell on stairways while going up to his office, and died instantly. Prior to his death, Senator Jean De Dieu Mucyo was in good health, never had any heart or health issues. On this fateful morning, he was walking upwards through the stairways, information from reliable source indicate that the stairways where dry, the cleaning at parliamentary offices are usually done in evenings. Therefore, conditions which may lead to slipping or falling where minimal; the floor ground was dry.

The floor of the stairways at the parliament offices are not concrete cement – stone flooring, but hard wood flooring which is soft in its nature. Since Mucyo was walking upwards, in case of any slip due to miss step, it’s natural that he must have fallen forward, thus falling to his hands. In case he fell backwards, the stairways which are soft floor wouldn’t lead to senator Mucyo’s constant death.

According to a statement released by the state, during Mucyo’s stairways fall there was one person near him and this is the person who raised the alarm. Who was this person?? Was he a DMI operative? Did Mucyo fall forward or backword?? To anyone who analyses DMI’s killing metaphor, this person is part of the strike team.

Reliable sources have indicated that, by the time he was put in ambulance, he was still alive, but by the time he arrived at Roi Faisal Hospital he was already dead. Was he strangled while being transported to the hospital?? The ambulance arrived at the Parliamentary offices to collect the injured senator in less than 5 minutes. Was the ambulance parked near the parliamentary building in anticipation of this assassination? All indications lead to an assassination rather than a mere stairway fall.

Senator Mucyo was totally cancelled, struck in the head by an object. In a similar manner Major Emmanuel Nkubana’s mother was killed at the beginning of this year. The choice of assassination place has a bigger message than the actual assassination of the senator.

In case of today’s (10-10-16) mysterious death of businessman Rwabukamba Venuste, the state came out with its usual farce statement which indicated that the businessman committed suicide through the use of a pistol with a silencer.

All those who know Rwabukamba Venuste will say the businessman is not a type of a person who can take his life, especially when he had different start up business projects. He was not bankrupt or in any financial stress. He was not under any marital difficulties or family distress. In the early hours of morning he was seen making different business appointments and in jovial moods. Then, why commit suicide as the state noted??

The type of weapon used in the so called suicide should raise alarm bells. In Rwanda, silencers are exclusively in the presidential guards and among intelligence personnel attached to presidential guard. How did businessman Rwabukamba Venuste get hold of a silencer for use in his suicide? Venuste’s death leaves the hallmark of a DMI operation pattern.

For sure, the man was assassinated in the same manner they assassinated DR Gasakure, DR Charles Mulego, Brig Dan Gapfizi, Major Kayitare (Kagame’s personal driver), Major John Sengati…etc.

The systematic killings of Tutsis by Paul Kagame are still relentless and precise to its core!!! Who will be next???
