We have obtained more information, that Maj. Nkubana has been tortured to reveal all the details of Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa’s confidants in the region.
The Rwandan intelligence apparatus are forcing Maj, Nkubana to reveal all what Gen. Kayumba is planning, his security, and other details that would enable the Kagame Intelligence to penetrate South African Security as to get Gen. Kayumba dead or alive.
As we reported in the GLHRL that it’s the right of the government to prosecute suspects, however, it’s not a right to persecute whoever is suspected of committing a crime. If Maj. Nkubana has any case to answer he should be brought to justice as the Rwandan Constitution stipulates and let his family access to him.
While we have warned the opposition that they should unite or risk perishing one by one, they have ignored our appeal; the kidnap of Maj. Nkubana once again, should give the opposition an opportunity to reflect on their commitment to present a strong united front of opposition come 2017.
We also warn all the opposition to be more vigilant as Kagame is determined to wipe them off before general election next year.
