The Uganda People’s Defense forces’ have denied reports that Uganda is training Rwandan refugees with the goal of ousting President Paul Kagame. UPDF Spokesperson Brig Richard Karemire says the allegations are baseless as there are no Rwandan refugees being trained in Kibaale as alleged by a Rwandan news agency, Rushyashya.
