Rwanda – Israel “relationship” is older than what Kagame wants the world to believe. For example, the government Kagame ousted received arms from Israel until the time Kagame grabbed power. However, with Israel’s open discrimination against Africans – the open policy not to allow black immigrants in Israel – I doubt there is an exception for Rwandans.
For Israel, blacks are unacceptable immigrants. That’s it. Kagame knows that the ” brotherhood” he’s talking about with Israel is ceremonial !!!! Israel will not shelter him and his family after Rwandans have smoked him out; he’s black! Black immigrants aren’t welcome to Israel.
Israel is there to make money. They will sell arms to anybody who approaches them. As long as Kagame is a client, and a big client he is – for arms – Israel is fine with him. The relationship does not go beyond that. That’s Israel’s foreign policy. ” Brotherhood”, with Rwandans, as Kagame claims? It must be ceremonial.

Isn’t it Israel’s official policy not to allow black immigrants into Israel?
Isn’t it true that Kagame is black and so ( 2) above applies even to Kagame?
