While Rwanda’s Kinywa Musayyi Senior is in Europe lying, fabricating, conning and tricking EU members into supporting his 3rd term. In Rwanda, DMI operatives are kidnapping, torturing and killing any suspected anti Kagame individual. Just this week, Voice of America (Kirundi & Kinyarwanda) has released a documentary on how people are disappearing and later finding them dead with torture marks in their lifeless bodies.
Below is antother body which was found on Thursday of this week, naked with torture marks/signs allover. After killing him, under the cover of night, DMI operatives dumped the body near the family residence. This criminal think and assume that his dictatorship and tyranny can be sustained through gross human right abuses! It’s a matter of time before him and his minions face true justice for their crimes.
Really, why use torture or killing as a political policy? Are political vampires have any single consciousness in them?? It seems NO.
