Despite the intimidation from the criminal regime, Diane Rwigara has today submitted his presidential candidature to Kagame’d National Electoral Commission.
Whatever the result, this young lady is already a winner. As the European Union noted, “the forthcoming Rwandan election doesn’t meet any single electoral elements, thus out observers won’t participate.”
The election is already rigged before it even starts. It’s just an electoral comedy courtesy of Paul Kagame which is meant to anoint the criminal as an indefinite king.
