When your neighbours are disgusted with your dishonesty, killing, disappearance, intimidation of the opposition, lack of all freedoms, oppression of your own people, start calling you a dictator on their national television and are aware of your lobbyists to undermine their governments on the global scene, that’s game on. Rwandan (real) opposition should grab this opportunity ASAP. Am just saying!!
