A group of Rwandans recently met the Canadian minister for immigration, the Honourable Ahmed D. Hussen (see attached photo). Among the Rwandans hanging out with the minister was John Rukumbura, a former Torontonian, now an RPF member of parliament.

Rwandan human right activist, Aimable Mugara from Toronto disappeared, evidently fearing for his life. Thankfully he is OK.
The Rwandan embassy that has no ambassador and hardly any diplomats was also in the news. One Colonel Vincent Nyakarundi is now the Rwandan defence attaché covering both Canada and the US.
Watch out. Kagame defence attachés specialize NOT in defence but IN OFFENCE against Rwandans. This development is very bad news.
