Bgn. Frank Rusagara, Col. Rugigana Rugema Ngabo, Col. Tom Byabagamba and Lt Mutabazi Joel has been subjected to physical and mental torture for the last six months and their families and friends have not been accessing them.
We even contacted Red cross for help to know how these people are but militias of Kagame has not allowed them access.
Bgn. Rusagara and Col. Tom Byabagamba has been denied to appeal to high court while Rugigana was cleared by East African court but dictator kept him in jail since he was detained maliciously!
Together we rise voices for these people who are maliciously jailed because their brothers are opposed to Rwandan dictator.
