Since Friday, I have received info from two different sources that incarcerated former head of criminal Kagame’s presidential guard – Col Tom Byabagamba is seriously ill.
We have to remember that it is a year since any of his family/relatives or close friends have seen him; as no one has been allowed to visit him, where he’s being incarcerated in a shithole dungeon. This ban from any visit was an order from criminal Paul Kagame.
I am still waiting for the 3rd confirmation before posting the details….
