I want to inform Ugandans of Rwandan origin more especially youth in universties do not accept offers of Rwandan high commission in Kampala like joining Rwandan army or police.
Now people who are being killed massively are the officers who were recruited from Ugandan universities and other tertiary institutions.
I have here example of one of your fellow Ibambasi was recruited and joined Kagame guards and was given different missions but one of Uganda was impossible for Ibambasi to execute and was strangled .
You want to be killed by dictator Kagame for failing to kill your relatives and friends just join dictator Kagame forces you will be killed like young Lt. Ibambasi.
Rest in peace my friend you refused to kill your relatives and friends.
