THOSE IN EUROPE GET READY, MORE POISON “UTUZI TWA MUNYUZA” IN YOUR AREA.

FOR US IN AFRICA, DMI POISON IS ALREADY RAMPANT. According to information from a reliable source, recently a new form of assassination poison was transported to Europe by DMI operatives under diplomatic cover umbrella.

According to this source, the poison package, parked as diabetic insulin drug left Rwanda for Ankara through Istanbul – Turkey. From Turkey, it was transported to Prague in Czech Republic, where embassy staff drove from Brussels – Belgium to Prague – Czech to pick up the poison package that DMI’s external wing had sent.

In Europe, the Belgium capital – Brussels is DMI’s tactical operation hub and it’s where well trained poison handlers are based. In this case, Gustave Ntaramuheto, as a first secretary at Rwanda’s embassy in Belgium becomes the chief coordinator in Europe. It is crucial to note that all 1st secretaries at Rwanda’s embassies across the world are DMI operatives and report directly to DMI than Rwanda’s foreign ministry. DMI operatives are appointed to fills this intelligence position.

Its these poison handlers who distribute this assassination weapon to other field agents as ordered – instructed by DMI head office in Kigali. In most cases, most of the field agents especially females, are well trained in handling poison because it’s part of their model during intelligence training course. And if it’s a newly recruited agent for a special operation, these poison handlers gives him/her an induction training in poison handling and administering to a target.

We all know that, it’s during these days approaching Christmas and New year or during the festive month that DMI always takes the opportunity to eliminate their targets.

FOR THOSE IN EUROPE, LOOK ON WHAT YOU EAT OR DRINK. SURVIVAL IS KEY IN THIS STRUGGLE. As our CO used to tell us, “KUA UNA CUNGUZA KILAKITU.”
