Rwanda police: “yes those two individuals were shot and died, but it all happened inside Rwanda’s territory and they were smugglers.”
The police didn’t at all deny that it’s the enclave’s security services that killed those two innocent people. It only disputes the exact place of their heinous murder.
My questions:
How did the dead bodies reach Uganda? Rwanda police says that they were shot by their security officers and the two individuals died in Rwanda. How did the dead bodies of these two innocent people end up at Kabale hospital?
Do dead bodies walk? May be the person who wrote Rwanda’s police statement has watched too much of “The walking dead” series.
Who cooks lies for the terrorist enclave? Are they using wet charcoals to cook their lies?
