Ugandans should be scared the man is determined to destroy whoever is behind those against him. But is Uganda behind those against him? If so who is behind those against Uganda?
At one point I thought Kabale District was going to be attacked but this came to pass, now I see myself wondering why this reaction a month after Uganda refused to sign an agreement in Congo only for other countries to pull out.
