Rwanda’s initial demands were that Uganda releases criminals that could implicate its leadership into case of Crimes against Humanity.
Uganda released these criminals including Rene Rutagungira who is a certified assassin, however, they were not acquitted meaning they were not proved innocent by the court but the state lost interest in the case.
Rwanda in return had to open its borders for normal business operations, instead, the authorities in Rwanda are changing goal posts, they now say Uganda should order individuals like Seruga Titus who are not even under Ugandan Jurisdiction to stop posting about Rwanda and it’s leadership.
Adamant Rwanda believes that I am instructed to write by Uganda’s Security agencies which is not the case, I have been very clear that am just a patriotic Ugandan who is motivated by the love of my country and desire to protect our people from being abused by the wrong leaders.
Rwanda should know Uganda has no power over me and can’t order me to stop exposing the Kagame regime, I can only reduce If I see positive change in how Rwanda is managing it’s affairs with Uganda.
For as long as New Times, Rushasya, Virunga, Igihe. Papers are still writing about Uganda negatively and about me I will fire back.

Etc, I will still fire back and defend my country. These accounts are fully paid by Rwanda and are still operational.
Just open borders if you won’t tell us so we can move to plan B.
