DMI targets two of Uganda’s intelligence Chiefs but fails to assassinate a General in Uganda.

The Rwandan Directorate of Military Intelligence last month targeted Uganda’s First brother General Salim Saleh who until now still yields a lot of power in who is appointed where in the military.

Intelligence informant seen by the informant shows that the well respected General survived an assassination by machineries linked heavily to Rwanda.

Those who had planned to Murder Gen. saleh where arrested and still under the custody of the army. This matter is however kept under the carpet in order not jeopardize investigations which are high priority.

It revealed that Four sets of assassins were dispatch to Uganda to Assasinate Col Kaka the Director General Of Internal security Organisation and brigadier Kanduho the chief of Military Intelligence. These two are considered anti-Kagame and are the reason DMI operations in Uganda have controlled.

Most recently South African military intelligence team traveled to establish how Uganda managed to deal with DMI agents that cross the border to perform acts of aggression only to return back unnoticed, During their stay in Uganda, they were briefed by Ugandan security who shared with them systems used to fight DMI operations in Uganda.
