Rwanda: Barafinda Fred denounces the demolition of poor people houses in Kigali

Barafinda Segikubo Fred is president of the RUDA party. He wanted to challenge Paul Kagame in the 2017 presidential elections.

Barafinda is known in Rwanda for his outspokenness and is, therefore, constantly threatened by investigators from the “Rwanda Investigation Bureau” (RIB).
