Kagame junta probably disappeared its former Minister of State for Constitutional Affairs, Evode Uwiziyimama.
Kagame fired Evode Uwiziyimama about two months ago. No one appears to know Evode’s whereabouts since he was fired.
Martin Ngoga, the Speaker of the East African Parliment, disappeared around the same time.
