No amount of manipulation will avert imminent civil war and/or unrest in Rwanda.
Talking Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and/or Burundi into facilitating dialogue among Rwandans – aimed at forming broad based government to lay solid foundations for a peaceful and Democratic country – would do the magic.
Rwandans are clamoring for a country that works for all; a country where no group claims superior rights to the country.
Rwanda MUST build a system that protects every person… a country whose leadership reflects the country’s diversity… a country that respects other countries’ sovereignty.
