CHARLES KAMBANDA: KAGAME IN INTERNATIONAL MEDIA FOR THE WRONG REASON, AGAIN.
Oh boy!
1. Rwanda’s Attorney General
(i) Does not know the Doctrine of Attorney-Client Privilege communication
(ii) Doesn’t seem to know the scope and functioning of government. For example, he insists that the Prison and Correctional Service is not government. For Kagame’s AG, government is limited to the President and Cabinet Ministers!
3. The government of Rwanda hired a Public Relations company to coach the Attorney General and Kagame on what to say about Mr. Paul Rusesabagina’s Kidnap case. Kagame and his Attorney General did not know that whatever they said to the PR company was being recorded!!
