KAGAME’S PLAN TO ASSASSINATE DISSIDENTS IN NORTH AMERICA THROUGH RWANDA’S DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS

If you are a critic of Paul Kagame’s criminal regime today – I salute your courage. However, beware of Rwanda’s so-called diplomats in North America. Kagame recently gave them the green-light to assassinate your character… and your person. Make sure he fails miserably. Keep enjoying your freedom of speech while you report any suspicious criminal activity to your security services. Unlike in Rwanda – security services in North America serve the people, not a criminal gang like Kagame’s. Be sure to take advantage of this. If you are in the US, provide tips to:
