A Congolese citizen, David Shukuru Mbuyi, accused of “human trafficking” shot dead “trying to escape”.

Rwanda: There have been numerous killings of citizens by Rwandan police. Each time, the police force attempted to justify these murders by saying that the dead was a suspect trying to escape. They failed to explain how a handcuffed person could run faster than a trained police officer, or how the shooter did not seek to immobilize the suspect instead of targeting deadly body parts!

In such circumstances, no investigation was carried and in many cases, nobody was held accountable for the crime. The parliament never raised voices over the failure of the government to protect the people as stipulated in their mandate. The most recent case is of a Congolese citizen accused of “human trafficking” shot dead “trying to escape”.

From our deep investigation, we discovered that these killings aim at dissimulate evidence and testimonies that could incriminate the top government officers who run these kinds of businesses, reason why, the shooting officer enjoys protection for having carried out a great duty and nicely.

As long as we have criminals at the top of state’s institutions, the country is doomed to keep losing sons and daughters whose fate is desparate under RPF bloody junta.
Will the Government of DR Congo request an investigation into this death? Or it is just another sacrifice at the altar of “good neighbourhood” ? What’s a friendship (Kagame- Tschisekedi )🤔🤔🤔
