Bishop Michael Ignas Mnyela from The International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC) in Tanzania was kidnapped in Kigali – Rwanda while on his way to Tanzania from a prayer conference in Burundi. From Burundi, Bishop Michael Ignas Mnyela had travelled through Rwanda for a better bus connection to his homeland of Tanzania.
However, the Bishop was kidnapped on 28th/08/2018 in Kigali, after spending a night in Rwanda’s capital city. The last time his family had contact with him was on 27th/03/2018 when he had just arrived in Kigali – Rwanda.
Below, I have attached a letter which I have just received, the letter was addressed to the Secretary General of the East African Community by IPHC. The letter narrates all the ordeal and the kidnapping timeline.
