As promised in my earlier post on availing more details about the current predicament of criminal Paul Kagame’s hysteric sycophant, James Musoni. Who is James Musoni?
Since criminal Paul Kagame became the actual president of Rwanda in 2000, James Musoni has held different juice positions within the junta regime. Positions which saw him become the deputy commissioner of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), then becoming the commissioner general of RRA, state minister for commerce, minister of finance, minister of local government and he is currently serving as the minister of infrastructure.
Throughout his career, under criminal Paul Kagame, James Musoni on behalf of criminal Paul Kagame has been the focal point and channel for corruption within any ministry which he has been heading and the government in general. For the past decades up to now, James Musoni has always been appointed in positions where criminal Paul Kagame predicts donor aid money will be focusing. Throughout his career, those who have worked under or close to him, privately, they will attest of his incompetence, being unskilled and total failure in managerial/leadership guidance. In short, he is not fit to hold any management/leadership position.
In 2006, due to his well-known corruption on behalf of criminal Paul Kagame, James Musoni was nicknamed Hadji Hussain Radjabu, this was in relation to then Burundi’s CNDD – FDD secretary general Hussain Radjabu who had become the new kid on block in Burundian politics. James Musoni enjoyed and loved this reference, especially being called a Hadji despite him not being a Muslim nor going to Mecca for Hadji rituals.
After the death of Aloisea Inyumba in December 2012, through poisoning, James Musoni took the mental of being the chief controller, the defacto boss of crystal Ventures and other business elements of criminal Paul Kagame. He is one of the few people who knows all of criminal Paul Kagame’s foreign bank accounts which are spread all over the world in tax heaven jurisdictions, he totally knows the true wealth of the Kagames after years of being their chief mafia kingpin within the junta system.
Over the years, due to his closeness to criminal Paul Kagame and the Kagame family, James Musoni’s powers have grown within the junta system, thus being referred as the super minister.
However, criminal Paul Kagame’s speech during the closing of the 15th National Leadership Retreat in Gabiro on the 2nd/03/2018; that was a day which ear marked the fading of James Musoni’s lucky star. A senior official within criminal Paul Kagame’s office informed me that the main culprit of that speech was the self-defined super minister, James Musoni.
During the speech, criminal Paul Kagame questioned on how some senior officials are obsessed with protocol to the extent of throwing their jackets/coats/bags to their aids to carry for them. My eminent informer within the president’s office told me that no one within criminal Paul Kagame’s cabinet who does that except James Musoni, informing me that other ministers fear their permanent secretaries especially when you consider how officials report each other to criminal Paul Kagame. He also told me that Gen James Kabarebe, the minister of defence does it, but for him, it’s deferent because he is assigned two 2 ADCs and the military establishment allows a general to have an aid to do pity assignments like carrying his gun, jackets/coats, briefcase…etc.
During the same closing speech, criminal Paul Kagame noted that, he has personally called these people or told them in person against being over protocolled and bossing around. In the same speech he stated that, even coming here at the national leadership retreat, some permanent secretaries’ rush inside the transporting busses to book seats for their bosses – ministers; noting “despite not travelling in them, I know very well what happens in those buses.”
According to my reliable informer, the person criminal Paul Kagame was talking about was James Musoni. On several occasions he warned him about bossing around, asking him why do people fear him. Wherever you make an official visit in any particular place in Rwanda, everything stops. Why? For Kagame, he wants to be the only person that is being feared in Rwanda. But over and over, he keeps on getting reports of how Rwandans especially government official fear James Musoni.
On 25th/02/2018, before setting off to the National Leadership Retreat in Gabiro, the permanent secretary from the ministry of infrastructure – Christian Rwakunda arrived early to book for a window seat for his boss, James Musoni. In the culture where reporting each other is a norm, criminal Paul Kagame came to know about the incidence, this explains his intimidating, insulting and rebuking speech during the usually wasteful National Leadership Retreat.
In this same closing speech, the criminal ruler attacked the country’s infrastructure system, blaming everyone else except himself, and the ministry of infrastructure is under James Musoni. According to my reliable source, James Musoni’s days are numbered and after the National Leadership Retreat, criminal Paul Kagame has been hinting for a total overhaul of his cabinet. And the process of stripping James Musoni’s powers has started, he has been warned by criminal Paul Kagame against referring anyone for government tenders, the power has been given to criminal Paul Kagame’s new blue eyed boy, Francis Kaboneka.
And since the end of the 15th National Leadership Retreat, James Musoni is living a life of anxiety, not sure of what will happen to him, fear is gripping the super minister. What criminal Paul Kagame knows its timing! He knows who to hire, use and fire when their usefulness has expired. If you’re lucky he condemns you on Gatebe/agatebe (joblessness), otherwise, he gives you a one way ticket to the grave yard.
