My sister again I applaud you for giving your time , making the effort and providing the forum to discuss the issues we black people across the African continent , and in the diaspora are concerned about. I am from Sierra Leone , now lliving in New York. Over time my political experiences and observations about our political realities , and my understanding of cause and effect within politics ; still bring me to the same conclusions. (1) Until we black people in Africa and in the diaspora completely neutralize or get rid of subservient black people in our midst , who enable and facilitate policies and objectives which are detrimental to our well being and existence , we will continue to make the realization of racism towards us , exercising neo-colonialism on us , marginalizing us with complementary disenfranchisement , the doctrine of dividing and containing us , the leeching quest to exploit our natural resources will continue to be possible. This self-destructive trait , which Unfortunately has been evident throughout our black history , has made our enslavement , colonizing us , granting us theoretical independence , Africans killing each other to preserve and maintain western /middle eastern/eastern religious beliefs and political ideologies absolutely achievable. (2) Until we stir within ourselves innovative ideas to produce the means to meet our needs , rather than depend on others to cater to our existence , we will continue to be at the mercy of those who provide the means for our needs to be met. (3) Regardless of our variant geographical dispositions , black people on the African continent and their brothers/sisters in the disapora should continue to have dialogue about our shared terrible history of slavery . The lessons we must learn from the error of our subservient ancestors , who sold other black people into slavery. Make the collective effort to rise above our psychological divide , discarding the negative perceptions held about each other , as perpetrated by the usage of the white supremacist approach of divide conquer indoctrinate and contain . Restructure the use of our traditional academic and financial resources , towards our variant quest for inspiring existence and the gradual restoration of black greatness.

The Bad News 1. 57% of Rwandans live below the poverty line and 37% live in extreme poverty. 2. Rwanda is the most densely packed country in Africa. With an annual population growth rate of around 3%, the population will have an additional 12 million people by 2015. 3. The 1994 genocide, which killed about 1 million people, changed the demographic structure of the country. Women now account for 54% of the population, and women and orphans were left as the heads of many households. 4. 44% of Rwandan children suffer from stunting. This means that they are unable to grow to their full potential because of a lack of adequate nutrition. 5. Agriculture employs 80% of the labor force, but only accounts for a third of the country’s GDP. Nearly half of Rwandan agricultural households experience food insecurity. …The Good News 6. At least 1 million Rwandans have been lifted out of poverty in the last five years. This has been attributed to an increase in agricultural incomes and income transfers. 7. Between 2006-2011, Rwanda posted an average annual growth of real GDP of 8.4%. This was driven mainly by higher productivity in the agricultural and industrial sectors. 8. Since 2005 the mortality rate of children under 5 has been halved from 152 to 76 deaths per thousand. 9. Immediately following the genocide, 100 percent of the government budget came from foreign aid. In 2011, the figure had fallen to 40%. 10. Participation in secondary schooling has doubled since 2006, and primary education has far exceeded the set target. Rwanda still has a long way to go, but the recent successes provide hope for the 10 million people living within its borders. A combination of government programs, foreign aid, and a continued focus on agricultural production promises to bring more and more people out of poverty in Rwanda everyday. As far as the genocide goes I dont think Kagame was wrong for wanting revenge and it was the English who planted the seeds for the genocide to happen

Sounds like terrorism to me! – White ppl terrorising black ppl all over the globe! – They are losing their minds!
Why do you keep calling it Kenya instead of RWANDA? I support any DICTATORSHIP in Africa so long as it serves the people(RIP Thomas Sankara) and opposes the WEST. I hope that KAGAME has stopped the brutality against the HUTUs that was in early 2000s. Museveni of Ugandan is also doing same against the Hutus of DRC in the NorthEast region of the KIVU, where all the precious minerals are coming from. Serving the WESTERN INTERESTS.
hello beautiful. Keep up the good work
You have difficulty staying with one subject.
Am Cuban & agree with you, Castro is still consider the worst dictator by the west, bc he dared to defy their power!
I hope you Aborigines spend as mush time developing youth as you do Hutu……
I so happy someone is keeping eye on Africa an China it’s kinda scary tho zeesh
#FREEBOBIWINE .He just got arrested again .
National socialist Pan Africanism is the only way for Africa
Thank you, for your reporting of the things happening back home. i am not in africa and i dont really trust my local news when they report on african issues to report it fairly so its good that you do this.
This may sound controversial but Rwanda don’t need democracy right now they need a strong man. The better question is whether you think Rwanda is working. They need time. Lee Kwan Yew was considered as a dictator but with time now he is heroinized. I feel two ways about Kagame. I think context is key. In particular, it depends on where you get your news sources.
