Kagame failed to address stinking poverty, hunger & famine, unemployment, ethnic supremacy and its associated evils, insane state crimes, state sponsored violence against ordinary people, etc.
‘But for’ Kagame’s failure, Rwandans flee their country on daily basis. However, because of Kagame’s inclination to ruin the neighboring countries, using his dreadful merchants of death, all neighboring countries appear determined to bump off illegal Rwandans.
Uganda has reacted to the external security threat to their country by deporting 32 illegals from Rwanda. Tanzania did the same. Burundi does the same. DRC appears set to do the same.
