What does it benefit the regime to have everything today but end up hunted like their predecessors ? Why not make Rwanda a home for all Rwandans , in their diversity? For heavens sake, how can you stupidly talk about never again yet you are doing the exact things that triggered the absurd realities to which you keep saying ” never again”?
A country whose official/formal leadership has no independent elders, whose advice they can fall back to, is doomed. A country whose citizens and/or residents are pushed against the wall by the ruling elite is a time bomb.
