Besieged Kagame in secret peace talks with President Kabila

By Gasasira, Sweden

If there is a master of deception and nasty games, its Rwandan dictator Paul Kagame, especially when it comes to preserving his own interests and continue to skirt justice from his horrendous crimes against Congolese. Reliable information reaching Umuvugizi from Kagame’s intelligence, confirm that he recently dispatched his special envoy Ambassador Gasana Eugene, to directly meet President Kabila in person with a special message from the Rwandan ruler (Kagame).

As confirmed by Kagame’s intelligence, Ambassador Gasana Eugene was urgently recalled from the US with Kagame’s special message on 18th January 2013, and was received in Kishasa by President Kabila of Congo. In that message, there was nothing new and so special about it than Kagame’s usual deceptive style of trying to trick President Kabila as he has usually done on several occasions, to make him work with his blood thirsty group of M23.

This is in Kagame’s apparent attempt to ease the international pressure exerted on him over his financial and logistical support to the rebels that have continued to kill innocent Congolese, loot mineral resources for Kagame, rape helpless women and young girls. The war between Kagame’s rebels and the DRC government has also displaced thousands of people into other neighbouring countries and catalyzed growing poverty levels among the Congolese.

As confirmed by some of Kagame’s spies, if Kabila accepts to be tricked again by Kagame, allowing the violation of his country’s sovereignty at will by Kagame’s machinery M23 rebels, will have betrayed his country especially when several countries had come to understand well his country’s security problem caused by Kagame’s rebels he created as proxy for his continued looting of the country.

This secret meeting of Kagame’s special envoy is after other well known meetings that took place in the Ugandan Capital Kampala which authorised the establishment of a neutral force composed of armies from SADC countries and Tanzania which are not involved in the Congo problem. This force supposed to reinforce the UN peacekeeping force contingent, is in advance stages of their preparations to send boots on the ground to protect innocent civilians trapped in the fighting between Kagame’s M23 rebels and DR Congo forces.

Those who continue to closely monitor political events in the Great Lakes region confirm that the peace talks between Kabila and Kagame are aimed at nothing than coercing Kabila into accepting the integration of M23 rebels with Congo army (FARDC) or he accepts the rebels to control a larger part of Congo, as a grant scheme for Kagame to unlimitedly continue looting Congo’s natural resources.

President Kabila is being deceived into talks with Kagame’s rebels at a time when the UN Security Council seems to be closer to fully understanding the Congo problem to the extent that the super powers have now accepted to send the famous unmanned spying planes commonly known as the drones which will conduct surveillance activities along Congo borders and gather information against rebels.

The Swedish Minister for International Development and cooperation, Hon Gunilla Carlsson, who recently held talks with the Presidents of Uganda, Congo, in his visit aimed at finding a lasting peaceful solution to the security problem in Congo. After those talks, Hon Carlsson also delivered a special message to the Rwandan leadership asking it to stop supporting the M23 rebels, the group that has continued to oppress thousands of innocent civilians and others living a miserable life in neighbouring countries with Congo.
