And now, you want criminal Paul Kagame to release the second financial pledge as agreed a year ago, October 2018.
When will this stick man from the potato enclave learn to stop interfering with internal issues of independent countries. The enclave’s brutal dictator is a thorn to all countries in the great lakes region.
