Rwanda’s General Kabarebe is currently under house Arrest, my credible informant from Kigali has confirmed this development that the General was arrested Yesterday by the army under instructions of Gen Munyuza after approval by Pilato.
The reason for his arrest is that he was planning to remove Pilato from office, he has been under investigations for creating ghost soldiers and misuse of intelligence funds, DMI found out Gen. Kabarebe had over 10 million dollars on different accounts abroad.
Meanwhile the whereabouts of Minister Sezibera are still unknown, it’s believed he was poison, he can’t be accessed by even his family. Sezibera until his disappearance was minister of Foreign Affairs, he drew up and studied from Uganda and he is believed to have a special bond with Uganda although he was minister of Rwanda and loved his nation Rwanda.
My informants in South Korea have told me that things are not getting any better the signing of joking document of two pages in Angola may even cause more issues with those crossing to Uganda.
