Every year, the Rwandan Capital Kigali floods due to 1) climate change and 2) lack of sewage and drainage systems. Since the 2000s, the regime of General Paul Kagame promised to build centralized sewage and drainage systems. Until this is fixed, Kigali is a catastrophic accident waiting to happen.
