LET ME SHARE THIS COMMENT FROM A FACEBOOK FRIEND WITH AN ARAB NAME IN REGARDS TO THE ASSASSINATION IN 2015 OF MAJOR KAYITARE WHO WAS A PERSONAL DRIVER TO CRIMINAL PAUL KAGAME.
Some of my friends were neighbors of Major kayitare. He was decapitated according to his neighbors who attended his burial ceremony. His wife was given his body without the head. Kayitare ‘s head were not buried together with other parts of his body. His head stayed at Kagame’s place for witchcraft purposes. Major kayitare was a close neighbor and friend of Gasakure and they were both assassinated almost in the same time.
Kayitare, gasakure and rwigara, the trio have a common cause of their assassination as they were killed almost in the same period. According to DMI operatives who brought the dead body to kayitare ‘s wife, she was not allowed to cry for the death of his husband. They urged her to keep silent and seem happy with what happened. That time his neighbors were traumatized by what happened to kayitare. Until now they say :”inkotanyi si abantu niba ntampuhwe, kayitare nukuntu yarakomeye none bamuciye umutwe “. His neighbors are still living in the same trauma until today.
