He was the link between Ismail Baguma a Rwandan diplomat who is at the Center of Kaweesi Murder organisation and General Kayihura.
He used money provided to him by Rwanda to buy a farm in Ntungamo and a Hostel at Sir Apollo Kaggwa Road . These business were supposed to fund his activities and disguise his operations in Kampala.
He has been arrested at with a group of Rwandan DMI agents and the are being held at CMI.
Buntu is General Kayihura’s main coordinator who is believed to have procured the murder of Makidye Chief Magistrate Mafabi Who was poisoned in Biscuit ( this stop of Who murdered will exclusively run on this wall).
