CMI has presented a report that clearly proves that Kaweesi Murder was planned by police officers Yoseri a foster son to Byanyima and also former bushwar fuckmate of Winnie Byanyima his “sister”, was briefed with details of telephone communications between the killers and senior police officers, unfortunately these killers couldn’t be known by cell inform since they had not registered their sims.
What embarrassed the President was that Kayihura’s MTN number was used to contact Nixon minutes After Kayihura had spoken to Kaweesi using the official UTL line, Nixon’s cell tower then made two calls to Kulambilo cell tower and spoke for 1 minute each.
Kayihura appeared at the scene of crime and left without saying a word then reappeared later more composed and spoke to the press, the annoying part is that he Kayihura made four calls after his first visit and another two calls using his MTN private number. In conclusion CMI doesn’t see the connection with ADF, “Mr President we don’t see why ADF would target Kaweesi, why? Much as Kaweesi was the AIGP many other police officers are at this rank and had the same security then, why Kaweesi? Many army officers have the same security why a police officer who is just instructed to talk?
Much as Kaweesi was not very popular within the police for his “i know more attitude,” CMI believe his death was not because of this attitude as other police officers had learnt to appreciate his way of work. CMI questions why police quickly ruled out internal issues as motive and why police was never investigated? CMI claims that in such a case close associates are the first suspects.
To avoid directly pinning Kayihura CMI didn’t conclude that Kayihura Killed but critically looking at the report Yoseri is now convinced he has the wrong guy in office.
