According to sources from Kigali, Ian Kagame alias Ian Gasana Jr would have completed his military Cadet Course last year, but due to Covid-19, Course modules were re-organised to meet Covid-19 regulations, and this increased the time schedule for his military cadet Course.
Ian Kagame alias Ian Gasana Jr is also a William College alumni, a private liberal arts college in Massachusetts, USA. He graduated and obtained his bachelor degree in 2019 at this private college that was established in 1793. In May 2022, Ian Kagame alias Ian Gasana will be completing his military Cadet Course at Sandhurst Royal Military Academy.
