Will Col (Rtd) KALIBATA Aniclet: the newly appointed Director General of External Security manage to turn into an assassin? Before being appointed as external security guru, retired Col Aniclet KALIBATA has been the Director General of Immigration and Emigration in Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB).
Despite being used as a spy in his previous postings, Col Aniclet KALIBATA is not a killer. His hands are still clean from the blood of innocent people. During the RPA struggle between 1990 – 1994, he was a senior aid to then RPF chairman Col Alex Kanyarengwe.
Now, as a new chief of external intelligence, will he accept to wash his hands with blood of innocent Rwandans? We wait to see.
His appointment, it’s totally a very interesting appointment.
