Arsenal FC has just signed a 3 year T-shirt sleeve sponsorship deal with the government of Rwanda, one of the poorest countries in the world headed by a ruthless despotic dictator who has been at the helm of power since 1994.
Whilst the majority of the population of this country lives in poverty, their ruler s throwing away money to sponsor one of the richest sports club in the world!
