Joined Crystal Ventures in 2013, Other roles include: CEO of the Rwanda Development Bank (2009-2012) In 2012, won 2 awards for his contribution towards BRD – Africa’s Young Business Leader of the year (All Africa Business Leaders Awards) and the East African Young Business Leader of the year (All African Business leader Awards) He has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the National University of Rwanda, A Masters Degree in Finance and Banking from Cardiff University (UK) pursuing a Doctorate in Business Leadership with the Swiss Management Center.

Felicien joined Crystal Ventures since April 2010 and is responsible for the company’s overall financial management including strategy formulation, risk management and daily operational reports of subsidiaries. Prior to his role in CVL, Felicien worked at Ernst & Young as an Assurance manager Felicien graduated from the National University of Rwanda with a Bachelors in Accounting Sciences and holds a ACCA qualification.
Vincent joined Crystal Ventures in March 2010 Prior to his role in CVL, Vincent was a tax state attorney and Legal Officer/International affairs manager in Rwanda Revenue Authority. Vincent is a registered member of the Kigali Bar Association and the East African Law Society. He holds a Bachelors of Law (LLB) from the National University of Rwanda and an MBA from Strathmore Business School- Nairobi ,Kenya.
