A new list of few remaining suspected Rwandese who have been carrying out espionage on behalf of Rwanda against the government of Uganda has been exposed, Commandpost reports.
The list includes individuals some who are former soldiers from Rwanda Defense forces (RDF), private security officers in Rwanda, pastors and civilian individuals recruited by the government of Rwanda to do clandestine work of spying on behalf of Kigali.
The group reports to a one Ismael Baguma a Rwandan diplomat also police Attaché’ at Rwandan High Commission and James Burabyo the Rwandan defense Attaché’ in Uganda.
However, one of the most suicide and dangerous operative reports directly to Rwanda’s Rwandan National Intelligence and Security Services (NSIS) headquarters in Kigali and Rwanda National police chief Gen Dan Munyuza.
According to a source at Rwandan Embassy in Kampala, top diplomats at Rwanda High Commission are the major cause of the current standoff between Uganda and Rwanda by creating Rwanda National Congress recruitment in Uganda propaganda which they are using to get a lot of funding from the government in Kigali to enrich themselves.
“As Kigali Embassy in Kampala, it gets a lot of logistics including finances under disguise of fighting RNC rebels operating Uganda which is not the case because there is no such alleged recruitment taking place, such operational funds end up in pockets of individuals” A source at Kigali Embassy told Commandpost on condition of anonymity.
He adds” Against this background, some of our top diplomats have amassed a lot of wealth through this, people like Ismael Baguma our police Attaché’ live lavishly and owns about four jeep cars”.
“How much does he earn to enable him buy all those jeeps? of course he uses operational funds to acquire all this?.

According to this Rwandan source at the Kitante based embassy, below are a number of notorious Rwandan spies who have been terrorizing Uganda and carrying out kidnaps on Rwandan refugees and asylum seekers back to Rwanda some who have lost their lives.
FRANK MANZI BUSERUKA
Buseruka who prefers to call himself Manzi Frank is reported to be a super Rwandan operative operating in Uganda.
He operates around Trinity Bus Park along Namirembe road where he keeps watch on his targets including those coming from Kigali and those leaving Kampala to Rwanda through Gatuna border.
One of the missions involving Buseruka was the kidnap of another Rwandan only identified as Sankara who was working at former Bahamas bar by Rwandan Embassy in Kampala with the help of some rogue police offices from Flying Squad and now being court martial-ed.
The where about of Sankara is not known and it is believed that he was killed in Rwanda after forced repatriation.
JEAN MARIE BAZIRABABO
Bazirababo is another dangerous Rwandan operative working in Uganda.
Sources say he is currently working with a certain Orthodox Church in Kasese.

He is reported to have switched off all his known telephone lines to avoid tracking and that he is using a Canadian line only on WhatsApp.
Bazirababo is reported to be very dangerous operative and has committed a lot of atrocities including kidnaps most especially in Nakivale refugee camp in Isingiro where he carried out a lot of kidnappings and force repatriation Rwandan refugees and asylum seekers during Kale Kayihura police administration.
He is reported to be the one that recruited Frank Buseruka into the system.
OMAR KAGANZA
Omar Kaganza is also serious operative and former Trinity bus security manager but now fled to Mubende district where he set his bases to spy on thousands of Rwandans staying in the district and surrounding.

He has also participated in operations that have seen Rwandan refugees forcefully repatriated to Kigali and detained without trial.
MAJOR TITO KAMASA
Maj Kamasa is also reported to be one of the dangerous operatives for the government of Rwanda.
He is also officially a liaison officer for Rwandan rebels Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) operating in DR Congo.

According to a source at Rwandan Embassy, Kamasa also works closely with their Embassy at the same time been a contact for Ugandan security organs.
He is reported to have been vending information of from one party to another thus causing confusion.

PASTOR MUNYAMPETA ANASTAZ
Munyampeta is also another dangerous Rwandan spy and a former military officer in Rwanda defense forces (RDF).
He is allegedly causing confusion management wrangles in ADPER churches because of fighting for supremacy and who controls church funds.
The same source at the Embassy said Munyampeta also regularly reports to the office of Brig Burabyo the military Attaché’ to report fellow Rwandese.
“Even his driver knows, because he is the one who normally drive him here”.
“Munyampeta is the one confusing ADPER now days because he is a double dealer between our Embassy and sometimes offers information to Ugandan security organs”.
He adds, ADPER issues stem from bread and butter but as you know us Banyarwanda any disagreement can be turned into political and people lose their lives”.
