FOREIGN RAGE Britain gives ‘£64MILLION in foreign aid to despot Rwanda dictator’

Mail On Sunday reported that the Department for International Development announced the payment on Thursday. It praised Kagame’s “strong record of using aid effectively to produce impressive results” and insisted his regime “plays a progressive role on the world stage”.

Britain is the second biggest bilateral donor to Rwanda, the Mail on Sunday reported. President Kagame ousted the Hutu militia which was accused of slaughtering about 800,000 mainly Tutsi citizens in the 1994 genocide.

Former US President Bill Clinton called Kagame one of the “greatest leaders of our time”, while Tony Blair labelled him a “visionary”. Full Story
