TREACHEROUS ASSASSIN GEN JAMES KABAREBE AND DEATH MERCHANT JACK NZIZA ARE CHIEF TORTURERS OF LT COL RUGIGANA NGABO. When Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo was arrested in 2010, it was not because he had committed any single crime, but merely because he was a brother to Gen Kayumba Nyamwasa. Since 2010, Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo has been under incarceration with expectations of being eliminated at any time.
After his arrest in 2010, Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo went through a whole year of being directly tortured by death merchant Jack Nziza and treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe. In August of 2010, in the presence of death merchant Jack Nziza and treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe, Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo was tortured until he went into a coma.
In front of these ruthless Kagamist thugs, Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo went through waterboarding, abdominal slap, electrocution, facial hold and slaps, walling, water dousing…etc, at the hands of treacherous assassin Gen James Kabarebe and death merchant Jack Nziza. From 2010 to present, Lt Col Rugigana Ngabo has been undergoing through harsh incarceration of both physical and psychological torture.
