Lawyer Nicolas Opiyo offers to testify against police officers who were illegally returning refugees to Rwanda for death.

According to Nicolas’ social media testimony the IGP was aware of these deals, in this particular case Nicolas handled, a victim was transferred to many police posts as Nicolas tried to save him from unlawful deportation, police refused to release the victim despite court orders, when lawyers filed a contempt of court case against the IGP and Attorney General the victim was handed over to UNHCR.
We have evidence that Kayihura and his boys have been receiving 5000 USD per head they deliver to Rwanda. We have witnesses and operatives that Kayihura used to pull off this crime, Nickson was just the commandant.
Kayihura should be handed over to the ICC together with his boys for prosecution, they should be made to compensate victims’ families.
