You have to be amused with how political vampires assume to be smarter than others. They assume that, there little silly deceptions clarifies them as smarter beings. They are merely mentally delusional. In trying to strengthen his dictatorship, Rwanda’s criminal ruler has closed all forms of democracy and democratic processes.
Now, he is even ferrying identified candidates from neighbouring Countries to stand against him in the forthcoming presidential election comedy, that the EU has already dubbed as “not an election, it’s far from being called an election.” Thus, the EU refusing to participate or send observers.
