Ethnic hatred that leads to violence and genocide refers to feelings and acts of prejudice and hostility towards an ethnic group in various degrees. This man condemns the entire Hutu community as unreliable traitors.
In a normal country, this man would be charged for ethnic hatred, abuse, and potential violence. But in Rwanda, he is running to be president. These are the kind Kagame allows to compete against him.
