I can only call up the United States to do the right thing by asking ICC to investigate Gen Kale Kayihura

I have never been a fan of General Kayihura especially knowing his crimes, however, I can categorically state that the United States can not sanction him without giving him the opportunity to defend himself.

The only cases United states can put forward is gross human rights abuse, in this case there is a matter in court in which the criminal general was granted bail on medical grounds, the other is torture under his direct supervision which went unpunished.

Although general Kale may be guilty in this human rights abuse allegations the US has no authority to make such crazy decisions before any court has sentenced Kayihura.

I think the US is just trying to provoke the Gerenal to go to court and claim he is being treated unfairly by the US, by claiming defamation the US attorney general will then defend his government by showing proof of these crimes which can led to court declaration the the Criminal General is indeed guilty of his crimes.

The United States can ban him from entering it’s territory temporary until courts declare him innocent but cannot take his assets if indeed he has any, this become a violation of his rights to a fair hearing and hypocrisy in the part of the United States.

I can only call up the United States to do the right thing by asking ICC to investigate the General for his involvement in Crimes against Inhumanity.
