Museveni’s chief bucking dog Tamale Mirundi has laughed off what he called Kagame’s suicidal comedy. Mirundi says Rwanda is just a district of Uganda and Kagame is just like a district chairman heading the district security council. Speaking on a burial ceremony of Buganda’s chief in Nakaseke, Mirundi says that Museveni is only acting like a father but if he wanted Kagame would be put behind bars just in one minute!!
