Since his days at Ntare School he was a stomach ulcer sufferer. On several occasions, the ruthless dictator has been told by his Jewish doctors in Boston Massachusetts that he needs an operation to cure the intestine related complications, but the 57Kg dude cowardly fearing the procedure.
This January he was in USA to meet his doctors for the same issues. The dude is more irritated with constipation issues. For constipation, all senior NRA and RPA/F commanders knew/know about this.
Several times, the 57Kg dude would visit the toilet and leaves the toilet with tears in his eyes due to pain. For the 57Kg dude, toilet is a nightmare. Currently, the constipation is totally worse and his specialist doctors have always advised him that he needs operation (intestine) to reduce the pain.
Everyone within the satanic regime knows that the 57Kg dude is highly erratic when his under stomach ulcer attack or after visiting the toilet for defecation.
