Intorehamwe in Atlanta like David Muganza have failed to silence Gatebuke Claude, another Genocide Survivor.

By Claude Gatebuke

So in this debate with Intorehamwe David Muganza who is seen below attending my talk that he tried to cancel, he conceded that his letter asking to have me disinvited at CAU was a waste as he cannot succeed. he tried to deny that but below is the sentence where he asks to cancel.

Therefore, the RPF no longer has the monopoly on commemorating our loved ones. He also made it a point to say that everyone is Rwandan, yet he has issues with Rwandan genocide and wants to insist on ethnic label of Tutsi. He’a speaking out of both sides of his mouth. He also distanced himself from the government he was speaking for and promoting.

Main take away was: all people must be able to air the grievances, otherwise Rwanda will continue to experience the same recurring cycles of violence. There is no reconciliation without justice. Now that he’s conceded that he can’t censor voices acknowledging all victims outside of Rwanda, next debate is on. Reconciliation in Rwanda was on display. 💪🏾💪🏾
